Dear Rotarian / (Rotaractor) you have to accept the Registration Terms & Instructions before Registration.

Registration Information & Instructions

  • A Passport copy and a personal photo should be attached with the registration form.
  • No phone registration or cancellations are accepted.
  • Rates for early registration ONLY applies on full payment registration
  • Please keep a copy of your registration form for your records.
  • Payments are done in US dollars
  • Your registration will only be confirmed after payment (maximum in 4 working days)
  • Your registration number will be sent as confirmation to you on full payment. Please use it in all correspondence related to the conference.
  • Please note that 5 USD of the fee are directed to the conferences service project
  • All registration should be online.

    • Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be made for cancellations.
  • You are kindly requested to send your passport or ID number and the R/ID number together with the registration number.
