Can you offer an invitation letter for the visa?

We can send invitation letters upon request after registration. We will send the confirmation letter for your registration and your invitation letter along with some information about the conference to the Egyptian embassy directly by email. The confirmation letter will be sent out when we receive the payment.

Is there on spot registration?

There will be no on spot registration you have to be pre-registered before arriving and paying your fees online.

Is there a limit per club?

There exists no limit for participants per club. We accept all your bookings by the motto “First come – first serve”.

What is the official currency to use?

You can pay the conference fees in US Dollars as announced on website but during your stay in Egypt, you have to use Egyptian Pounds
